2. Use of the Platform

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including music, artwork, text, logos, and software — is owned by BlessedFelix Label or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant BlessedFelix Label a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

5. Music Distribution

Artists and rights holders who distribute music through the Platform confirm that they hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for the content they upload, including but not limited to master recording rights and publishing rights.

BlessedFelix Label is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from content uploaded by users. Any claims of infringement should be submitted via our contact channels.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload illegal, offensive, or obscene content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlessedFelix Label does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlessedFelix Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
